The job was done perfectly. We are very happy with the finish product. The installers were very courteous and explained all of the workings when finished.
Joe L, David B and Chris M arrived as scheduled. Began work immediately. Took care of our hardwood floors coming in, great clean up upon finishing. They pulled out our old shower/tub combo and replaced it with a walk in shower in about 6 hours. Did a really professional job. Consulted with us when needed. I would definitely hire them again.
My shower installers dug out an old whirlpool tub, replaced the pipes and rebuilt the walls, to create a beautiful walk-in shower enclosure, all in one day. Hard workers, highly recommended.
When I first contracted with West Shore, to have the shower replaced I was skeptical, and should have listened to my own instincts , There was a bid of miscommunication between myself and the salesman, Brad. It seems that many of the things that Brad, said he (the company) either couldn't do, or what ever he promised, they weren't capable of doing. Both installers, Williams and Derick, were very knowledgeable and professional in their work productivity for replacing bath tub and shower fixture.
The installers Quaid and Michael F.did an excellent job my bathroom look different and I love my walk in shower they installed.Very will pleased and excited would recommend anytime
Daniel and Vorn did a wonderful job of replacing my tub/shower with a walk in shower. They were on time and extremely courteous. The put protection down on my floors first thing and cleaned up before they left that day. Daniel and Vorn made a point of explaining options I had in the placement of handrails and shelving units. They also made sure I was aware of proper care of my new shower, I would definitely recommend them.
