Good workmanship, work completed on time Still waiting for one screen door after 6 weeks
I just had my bath and shower combo done. I was in the ER the day before and did not have time to prepare as much as I would have liked in the area. First only bathroom in the house. Second smallest bathroom. Third hottest day. Fourth crazy woman with cats in the house saying to watch out. Fifth all kinds of unprofessional patchwork done to save my walls from water, mold, and whatever other disasters I could think of for the area. After researching several other window companies, West Shore offered (not the lowest price and not the highest price) the best value for a very high quality product. The installers know their craft - clean up was remarkable. We had eleven windows installed and my wife and I could not be more pleased with the complete experience. We highly recommend West Shore.
