The customer service was extraordinary. Danny M. and Rick C. completed the demolition and the entire new installation of our shower system in one day. Their prep work through complete clean up was top notch in addition to their expertise and respectful service. Thank you,also, to Rod Otto for his attentiveness and follow up. We ove our new shower system! Job well done!
Tyler and Yako came right on time and worked from 9am to 6 pm To put in our new shower. They were both very professional. Tyler made sure all our questions and requests were met. Yako did such a great job cleaning, kiddingly I asked if he could come back and clean our condo. Top notch service from a Tyler and Yako.

My wife talked me into remodeling our bathroom, and I was reluctant. However, after the job was finished I must admit it was the right choice. I am absolutely floored by the work these guys did. Absolutely amazing!! Professional, friendly and did the entire job in one day. Our installers were meticulous in their work and cleanup. So very impressed. Highly recommended!!
The installers were great. Craig, Tom and Bernie did a great job. They put in long hours to finish the job. They are very friendly and made sure we well informed of the product they delivered. Tony and Aaron, the installers, did a great job on the windows. They were friendly and knowledgeable. This was our second project with West Shore. Installers are really good workers. They also do good job with the clean up after the work is finished.
Great savings were offered due to current promotions and payment made in cash and not credit.
