The process began with sales rep, Ray, who completely sold us on West Shore and its products. What really sold me was that West Shore had their own installers rather than contracting the job to an outside contractor. Our installers, Ralph and Mike, arrived on time and set to work. The installers, Devan & Robert, were friendly, courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job changing my ugly bathtub to a beautiful stand up shower with a built in seat. I like how they handled the project process. The installer, Jared and NAV did a very good job to install the front door. There were some problems during installing the door. Jared and NAV are expertise and experience installers. They solved the problem quickly and successfully installed the door. The door looks great. My wife and I are very happy for their work.
