Very professional, one day install.
West Shore Home did an excellent repair job of the trim around our new door. He was skillful and thorough.
Craig D and Dale E did a professional install of an exterior door. They got here on time and left the area clean when finished. They explained everything before starting and after very clearly. You couldn't ask for better work. The salesman Josh D was great as well. West Shore sets a great example for all others.
Paul, Josiah, and Ricky installed a new front door for us 2/13/19. From beginning to end the west Shore Home experience was wonderful. Salesman Mark was great; the door even arrived early. Paul, Josiah Ricky, the installers, arrived exactly as scheduled, kept our home clean, explained everything as they worked, cleaned up after completion, and were friendly and professional throughout. This company will not be cheaper than the local big box store, but in this case, you get what you pay for and it is definitely worth it!
this was not an easy job and they spent two very long days installing even in to the evening to make sure that they got it done right
Installers Danny C. and Sean C, achieved excellent results, worked diligently, left the house and work area clean, explained thoroughly all of the work performed, and were very courteous.
Needed a new rear entry system (frame, storm door, and door). Guys came out and upon install discovered what turned out to be a larger problem. Turns out that water in my foundation is what caused my original door and frame to rot out in the first place. Ralph and Tom were up front with me and recommended I not have the door installed until the water in my foundation was taken care of. Despite the headache of having just paid for a door and now learning that I would have to pay for a basement sump pump this was good advice a... read more
