Needed a new rear entry system (frame, storm door, and door). Guys came out and upon install discovered what turned out to be a larger problem. Turns out that water in my foundation is what caused my original door and frame to rot out in the first place. Ralph and Tom were up front with me and recommended I not have the door installed until the water in my foundation was taken care of. TYLER H. DID A GOOD JOB EXPLAINING THINGS, AS TO WHAT MATERIALS, AND PRICES ARE, AND THE SCHEDULING OF THE PROJECT. THE TEAM OF JOE LENHART and CODY HICKMAN DID THE ACTUAL REMOVAL OF OLD TUB and WALLS and INSTALLING NEW CUSTOM SHOWER WITH DOORS I STAY OUT OF THEIR WAY KEPT MY DOG ON LEASH WITH ME. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. VERY PLEASED WITH RESULTS.
Some of the screen was pulling away form the screen door on our slider. Mike Sholley came out and replaced the entire screen and re-installed it. He was very professional and gave us advice on how to prevent it from happening again.
I had a door installed, which involve removing an old door frame that was cemented into a cinderblock. Everything was well explained before and during the process, Jared H. and Dale were on time, did a great job despite some challenges with an older house, and having to make a few adjustments as needed. Everything was left clean. I am very happy with the door. Expect that you will pay premium pricing with West Shore, but they do deliver a top quality product and service.
Brian and Tyler did the install of 6 windows and a patio door and were fantastic! A great team. Did it all in one day in some cold, windy weather. The whole process from design to purchase to install went well. Noticeable difference in the interior temperature.
They said they would install my windows before Thanksgiving, but they didn't install them until late December. They canceled on an install date last minute saying that the windows weren't done. On the day of the actual install, they showed up without any notice or warning. I had no idea they would be there that day. In the end my project was set back a month and a half because of these guys. The window install did go well though when it finally happened and the new windows look great. The work crew was very friendly. Kept work site clean. Loved the product installation. It was exactly as promised, in the time frame promised.
