I had a door installed, which involve removing an old door frame that was cemented into a cinderblock. Everything was well explained before and during the process, Jared H. and Dale were on time, did a great job despite some challenges with an older house, and having to make a few adjustments as needed. Everything was left clean. I am very happy with the door. Expect that you will pay premium pricing with West Shore, but they do deliver a top quality product and service.
Brian and Tyler did the install of 6 windows and a patio door and were fantastic! A great team. Did it all in one day in some cold, windy weather. The whole process from design to purchase to install went well. Noticeable difference in the interior temperature.
They said they would install my windows before Thanksgiving, but they didn't install them until late December. They canceled on an install date last minute saying that the windows weren't done. On the day of the actual install, they showed up without any notice or warning. I had no idea they would be there that day. In the end my project was set back a month and a half because of these guys. The window install did go well though when it finally happened and the new windows look great.
