Tony and Tom were able to complete the install without issues. I was impressed with their meticulous approach to details and ensuring that everything was 100% to my liking. We even had a visit from a client adviser during the install to drop off some holiday cookies.
Everything went as advertised... one-day installation, no payment up-front, all high-quality materials. Everything they installed looks great. Customer service was excellent.
I just had a door and 2 windows installed by West Shore Home. The installers of the door were Danny and Paul. They and two other installers - Brandon & Austin - installed the two windows. They were the neatest, precise and patient installers that I have ever seen in my home.
