The installers were excellent. Very good quality and workmanship. the initial installers were Craig Dunn and Kevin Meyers and a custom adjustment was needed with new door locks and handles. This was done by Jeff Kaluzny. He also did an extremely good job during his service visit. 5 Star Quality Review from a very satisfied home owner.
The crew that came to our house (Cory & Zack) were courteous, clean, efficient, and precise in their work. There was a part that came from the factory that was the wrong color. They caught the mistake before it was installed. The correct part will be installed this week. These guys are very professional.
The installers are awesome. Friendly, I like to see what is going on when having work done and they are very open to letting me go in and see how far they have come. Very efficient and know their jobs well. I will go to West Shore from now on for big projects like this one. Five stars all the way
