I am pleased with everything that West Shore has done. We had 16 windows and a front door installed. Drew, Steve G, Chris, Tony, Aaron and Jordan were wonderful. They were on time and a great team. I would recommend West Shore to my family and friends. Thank you!
West Shore did an outstanding tub replacement job from the sales rep-Jeff Showers (who even arranged financing for us) all the way through the project. The install team of Joe Lenhart and Aaron Golightly were extremely, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and truly cared about this project and our satisfaction. Everyone was so courteous and efficient from Ryan McCombie, the design consultant to Dan Frank, Lucas McKiakey and Sam B. who were the installers. Everyone was on time and were true professionals. I had my tub converted to a walk in shower. I am so pleased and can't wait to use. I would highly recommend West Shore Home.
We contacted West Shore for an estimate to replace our front entrance doors. Shawn showed us the products West Shore offers and we were impressed by the quality and the warranties they offered. We decided to replace our doors. The doors were installed today by Cory S. and Jonathan. I must say they arrived when they said they would be here they told me what they would do and how they would install the new doors and if I had any questions or concerns I should tell them. West Shore Home repaired/remodeled one of our bathrooms by replacing water damaged sheetrock and replacing the aged tile finish with new finishing materials. They were very punctual and showed up exactly when they said that they would. They protected all of our property with protective materials while the work was in progress. The installers were excellent. Very good quality and workmanship. the initial installers were Craig Dunn and Kevin Meyers and a custom adjustment was needed with new door locks and handles. This was done by Jeff Kaluzny. He also did an extremely good job during his service visit. 5 Star Quality Review from a very satisfied home owner.
The crew that came to our house (Cory & Zack) were courteous, clean, efficient, and precise in their work. There was a part that came from the factory that was the wrong color. They caught the mistake before it was installed. The correct part will be installed this week. These guys are very professional.
