They replaced a tub with a shower enclosure. Looked great. Within a week the curtain bar started sagging. Screws were coming out of wall both sides. Took 4 calls and 5-6 weeks for service man to come take it down. Hired Sunshine Innovative Solutions to put up shower doors. They did an excellent job at a good price.

They hard sell you. Buy now or offer goes away. They broke the main window and put blue painters tape on it, so we had to wait two more months looking at that. When we called to complain, they didn;t get back to my husband until after several calls. The lady who works in the office was rude to my husband on the phone. My husband called a few weeks later and, guess what, they forgot to even order the replacement window. My Koehler walk-in tub fits in beautifully into my bathroom. The installers did a great job except for a few things: 1. There� s a small ding in my granite countertop which was not addressed. 2. The towel bar fell off the wall after the crew left. Several screws were missing so it couldn� t possibly have been re-installed properly. 3. My adjoining bedroom was totally covered in cement dust. What a mess! All the bedding had to be laundered and the entire room cleaned from top to bottom.
