Lots of human error. They responded to all issues, but it took a long time and many trips. We financed for 24 months no interest no payment, except that is not what received. Instead payments started day one and interest after 6 months. We feel duped.

They did come out and do what appears to be a good job. It looks great. They did not do any testing to determine if plumbing leaks. We could tell because there was still air in the lines when we were allowed to use the shower days after completion. You can say the fact that there was air says no leaks, but that only covers you up to the valve. From the valve to the showerhead could be leaking and it is in a sealed wall and nobody checked it. What they missed...The parts that you cannot see. We did some other updating in the ... read more

The installers Charles and Freddie were top notch fabulous. Couldn� t ask for better installers. But... it took 5 months for the door to � come in� and although I was promised a tent and a big heat blower to keep us warm, I got nothing. So I had a huge hole in my wall for 4 hours in 20 degree weather. Mom is 88 and was freezing, and my heat ran non stop for hours and hours. I can only imagine my heating bill this month. Not good at all. Only book them in the summer! But Charles and Freddie were great!
The product is fine, but the human side of the business needs work. I have a few issues with the installation. The shower door is not level and barely stays closed, the caulking on the outside of the shower has already released from the bathroom wall in one section, they installed one of the safety bars in the opposite direction than what I asked, and the seam where the walls meet the bottom is uneven. The crew and workmanship was great. However, I believe the price is inflated for what you get.
