The installers Charles and Freddie were top notch fabulous. Couldn� t ask for better installers. But... it took 5 months for the door to � come in� and although I was promised a tent and a big heat blower to keep us warm, I got nothing. So I had a huge hole in my wall for 4 hours in 20 degree weather. Mom is 88 and was freezing, and my heat ran non stop for hours and hours. I can only imagine my heating bill this month. Not good at all. Only book them in the summer! But Charles and Freddie were great!
The product is fine, but the human side of the business needs work. I have a few issues with the installation. The shower door is not level and barely stays closed, the caulking on the outside of the shower has already released from the bathroom wall in one section, they installed one of the safety bars in the opposite direction than what I asked, and the seam where the walls meet the bottom is uneven. I had a terrible experience. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into four days and it is still not completed properly. I had to wait almost two months for them to complete. They cracked bathroom tile and they put a hole in my bathroom floor without explaining what they were doing. The price was so ridiculous. After talking with people who used other companies, I got ripped off terribly! Do not hire!

I will never use West Shore ever again. It is now going into the 4th month and my shower is still not done. I have made many many calls, and it is a terrible company to work with. It is one excuse after another. I am also disappointed in the quality of the material they used. I would never recommend West Shore to anyone. The review would only let me do half a star, and it is not even a half star rating it is a 0. For the price, they charge a person they should not have to wait for months to have a shower installed.
