They hard sell you. Buy now or offer goes away. They broke the main window and put blue painters tape on it, so we had to wait two more months looking at that. When we called to complain, they didn;t get back to my husband until after several calls. The lady who works in the office was rude to my husband on the phone. My husband called a few weeks later and, guess what, they forgot to even order the replacement window.
