First time I've ever bought a front door. The sales rep, James B, was very patient and made sure I understood the process. The installers, Jake n Josh were terrific! They were thorough, detailed and answered any questions I had without hesitancy..and..they cleaned up during and after the job was done. I'd definitely hire those two guys again!! From the sale appointment was pleasant, professional, and very informative. The project team did a beautiful job on converting the tub into a walk-in shower. Our house is old. They were very respectful to us and the property, The team kept the project very clean. This was for my parents who are in their 80's and this was very needed. I really appreciate the attention to detail and functionality in the project by Chanell the sales associate and project team Paris and Jesse.
Expensive but worth the price. I called in the am and a rep (Jamie) was sent to my home that afternoon. My job was started in less than a month of signing the contract. The actual work took 2 days (we had a bad case of dry-rot and poor insulation in our shower). We had the pleasure of working with Trevor, Taylor, and Ryan. They did a great job and were very professional. I should also note that they give military discounts.
Ryan and Nick G got right to it and I thought they had great personalities. They worked well together and make a great team and they installed a great shower for us
