Such a great experience with this company. They removed an old bathtub with tiles that were falling off the wall, cleaned everything up and replaced it with a beautiful (seriously, it's gorgeous) new shower. The guys who did our installation (Esteban and Ben) were fantastic and made sure to show us every step of the way. They made sure to ask my father-in-law where he wanted the seat and wall handles, since he would be using them the most. Highly recommended! On 28 Feb 2024, the two workers (Ben O. & Steven F.) from West Shore Home, arrived ~ 08:15 and started to work. I showed them where the water shut off was and opened the faucets on the stationary tubs to allow the pipes to drain. Ben discussed the process to remove the old bath and install the new unit. He went through the inventory of items to ensure that he was installing exactly what I had requested. Outstanding service and support from when Dan B. the Sales Consultant came to my home and today during installation.
