Jesse and will provided a shower as promised! Even though we hated the commercials haha! Y� all were the only people we called. Professional job done by professional people.

Outstanding service and support from when Dan B. the Sales Consultant came to my home and today during installation. Luke and Tyrone arrived right on time, looked professional, were extremely polite and did a superb job replacing our front door. West Shore should be proud of these guys. They represent you well. On 28 Feb 2024, the two workers (Ben O. & Steven F.) from West Shore Home, arrived ~ 08:15 and started to work. I showed them where the water shut off was and opened the faucets on the stationary tubs to allow the pipes to drain. Ben discussed the process to remove the old bath and install the new unit. He went through the inventory of items to ensure that he was installing exactly what I had requested. Brian, James, and Sean worked well together. They called two hours before arriving and gave the time of arrival. The older home needed needed special care and they did a wonderful job on the plumbing, water lines, and carpentry work on all walls. Very professional results! We appreciate West Shore Home for the end result. They cleaned up and left on time as scheduled.
