We saw several commercials on TV that were very well made and showed the product in the best possible light. We placed a call to West Shore and asked for an appointment. Anthony was the sales rep that arrived at our home, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained all the stages of construction and assured us that the work would be of quality and customer service was number one with this company. Sam and Henry were polite and accommodating. They were on time. They answered any questions I had and were open about sharing process steps. Also went over cleaning products with me
September5&6, Dennis B and Gavin W, came and took out our old shower and garden tub and gave us a beautiful new much larger shower. They were prompt, polite, friendly, and respectful! The cleaned up the area before leaving the first night, and again when the left yesterday, we would hire them again in a minute! Awesome guys!
The crew Zachary & Justin were great. Finished removing tub an insert and installing new walk-in shower in one day. Our sales rep was very informative and they provided the best value for our needs. Would highly recommend them.
