Louie Rose and Mark McNamara installed our new Master shower. We are very happy with the matrrials used, and the installation that went so moothly and quickly on a very hot Arizona summer day! They were right on time, courteous, and masters at their craft. They reviewed the project with us before beginning the work, checked in with us to confirm our placement preferance on shelves and grab bars we had chosen, and then disposed of all the old materials cleaned up afterwards. I want to mention John, Brian,Mike,Allen and Mark on great service. They arrived at 8 a.m. and completely finished at 6pm. Everyone was very polite and they cleaned up everything wonderfully. I recommend West Shore Homes to all my friends.

The head installer Ryan A. was very professional and knowledgeable. The other installers William and Jim were courteous and professional.
The first time install was not done to any standard of any paying customer. We called and they sent John Salerno and Jordan Barrientos out to fix the mistakes of the first go around. They did an impeccable Job and provided outstanding customer service while in our home. They took the time to explain to us what they were doing and once completed it looked amazing! Thank you Tony our sales rep for taking the extra steps to make this customer a satisfied one!
Scott and Tai were very professional. They would come get me at all stages of the jod to go over what was done.
We've been shopping around for a contractor that would remodel our 2 bathrooms. When it involves a good amount of money, you always want a good result.
