This was our second project with West Shore and both experiences have been nothing short of outstanding!!! Al who you first meet with is professional and friendly. He explains everything in great detail and answers all your questions. This time we had a tub to shower conversion. Big shout out to the crew Tyler R. and Cody H for doing a fast and professional job ! Arriving at 8am and finished by 1:30pm everything all cleaned up and wouldn� t even know they was here ! We love it !!! Highly recommend

Very professional, courteous, and outstanding craftsmanship by my installers Leroy N. And Roy A. These gentlemen were timely and gave all their attention to completing the task. Aaron K,Amazon J, Darius B. Christopher B. Mike S, and Troy. The setup was great. Didn't make much mess. The next day I was able to use the tub encloses. The salesman was great and had all of the details on his computer. The workers were experienced and did not have any problems. The house was built in 1951 and it was over due for the bathroom. I like that I can get into enclosure simply. Great job, THANK YOU. Lori and Rick.
The workers were professional and they did the work in good timing. They arrived on time and explained what they were going to be doing including turning off my water. The water wasn� t off as long as they predicted.
From the moment the sales person came out to discuss options, pricing to the day of install, each individual was professional, courteous and kind. The sales person checked in with us the day of the install, the installation technicians kept me informed throughout the entire process and the work was seamless. Would definitely recommend!
