The crew was in time, very courteous, very professional and the finished product looks awesome. The overall experience with West Shore Home, including the initial visit with the sales person, was great!
The guys, Dagen, Jaden, Aaron and Christian all did a great job. I like that it� s all done in one day. The sales person was great and even came by to check on the install this afternoon.

Great to work with the various staff members with the company. Everyone very nice and professional. It all started with David the sales guy. He know so much about kangaroos because he is from Australia. Love his accent. Very accommodating and willing to handle issues we encountered even after the shower install for my 85 year old mother with Dementia. We had to make some minor changes and had to add a shower door. This company was so professional and workers were skilled and had complete knowledge and very experienced in what they were doing. Our installers were HENRY and BEN who were so talented and knowledgeable in what they were doing. Very satisfied!!!
The two people sent for install , hunter Medford & Tyler Winslow were very courteous and filled us in on install during the coarse of the install. When finished they did a very good job cleaning up. Thank you.
Over all the job was done very well . Tyler Chadwick the service tech was great he did what was needed and done a great job and cleaned up very well afterwards.
Great experience all the way around! The salesman, the company calling with updates on when the install would occur, the installation guys � all were wonderful in helping me upgrade my elderly parents home from a tub to a step in shower with lots of safety features. Very courteous, and checkered throughout the install process on placement of shelves, safety bars, and shower head. Highly recommend!!
