Installers Robert H and Tyler R arrived promptly at 7:45am, introducing themselves and verifying all of the job supplies ordered. They immediately went to work and were amazing. Very courteous, hard working, efficient and thorough . Answered all of our questions and transformed our older bathroom tub/shower into a beautiful step in shower stall in a very timely manner. Over all the job was done very well . Tyler Chadwick the service tech was great he did what was needed and done a great job and cleaned up very well afterwards.

West Shore home came to put in a shower surround stall. The installation crew, Alex Motley, Cam Eves and Jason Stamps were friendly, professional and fast. They let me know what to expect with the install. They even went so far to take a picture of some copper pipe issues under the house to keep an eye on. 3/20/23 - I was so impressed by the work they did with the shower, I had them come back for the windows. They again did a top notch job. Billy, Kiro and crew were great and friendly. Did the job way faster than I expected. Cleaned up after themselves. I love my new windows and shower.
Great customer service the installers are very careful with installing. They put covers down on the floors. Had a shower pit in and they completed it in one full day. Had a minor issue with the caulk and the repairman Phillip Wallace was very informative to me and actually fixed an issue I didnâ� � t see. A+ service from the office, sales and repairs.
Project was completed in a timely fashion. Installers were clean and thorough.
