Our installers Jimmy S. and Sean C. did a wonderful job on our new bathtub and shower. Cleanup was superb and their demeanor was extremely friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend West Shore Home to friends looking to make bathroom renovations!
Jeff and Colton were amazing! Very friendly and professional, kept us in the loop of every step they were taking, and just had great customer service. They love dogs, and we have a big one, so we were able to have him in the house. We ended up having a leak go through into the garage, and they were quick to get that fixed. West Shore Quick Schedule used to have them fix our drywall that got ruined. Preston came out and was very friendly and professional. Very pleased with the professionalism, quality and speed to finish the project.
West Shore Homes has the best quality of windows, exterior doors and sliding doors. We had 4 of the highest quality windows installed a bout a month ago. Kay and Caleb did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Yesterday the front exterior door was installed, as well as our sliding doors to the lanai. I am beyond happy with my new bathtub and shower!!! Home repairs are stressful but we were in good hands from the beginning. Devon (sales representative)came out to our home and was so amazing, she knew we were stressed and did everything she could to make this job possible for us. Cody her Manager reached out to us to work up a plan that would fit perfectly in our budget, even called to check in with us while on his vacation.
