They were professional and included me as needed for the install to be to my satisfaction. I am awaiting some things to be fixed but they seem to be on top of it so I will await. Otherwise it� s gone smooth so far!

Lucas Mooney came and fixed all the caulking issues we had .Lucas works for West Shore Home and he is very personable ,sees what's wrong and fixes it right in a timely manner. I highly recommend West Shore Home and if you need any touch ups or fixes ask for Lucas Mooney.
My installers were Richard C. , Andrew, W. , Matt P, and Aaron S. We had an awesome installation experience. All processes and information were explained in a concise and precise manner. They arrived exactly when they said they would and we are extremely satisfied with the new windows that we have. Thanks so much West Shore Home.
I reached out to complain that the tub surface was slippery. I took a shower and slipped and fell. West shore homes reached out to me immediately and rectified the situation. The manager called me and sent the representative to place a non skid surface on my tub, and we are very pleased with it!
