Over all very good experience. Once finished their were some imperfections. West Shore was quick to resolve the issues. I
Very clean and professional installation and service. We had our garden tub and stand alone shower replaced. Willie, Matt E. and Matt H. did a great job. They were professional and cared about the quality of their work during the process. There were a couple of small issues during the installation. However, Willie got with me and they were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Overall a great job and I would highly recommend.
We love our new shower and so pleased with the work West Shore had done and the customer service we received! We had a very large jet tub in the master bathroom replaced with a large West Shore shower and they removed the small shower. All personnel from design to install did a great job and were very professional. The installers (Matt M. & Will J.) did great work and an amazing job of cleaning up afterwards. The installers were polite, efficient, and worked diligently to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They consulted me as they did the work to ensure that is what I wanted. Also they cleaned up very well and hauled away any items that I did no longer needed in that old shower. It was a very good experience for me and i will gladly show my neighbors and friends the finished shower! l
