Dagen and Jaden arrived as expected, they were polite, thoughtful, explain what they were going to do, gave me a timeline of what was going to happen during the day, so that I could plan. I was working in another part of the house, and they encouraged me to check in anytime I wanted. Which I did. The work was excellent, everything was precisely installed. Everyone was terrific. From sales to service I was treated with courtesy and kindness. No question was too big or too small. Salesman understood what I wanted and helped me to pick exactly the right product without a high pressure sales pitch. Schedulers worked to get my job done 10 days earlier. Work crew was on time, diligent, and very respectful of me and my home. Everything was cleaned up after the installation. And, most importantly, I love my new bathtub!
