New shower looks so great! The guys did an awesome job (cody, nick, trever, sam) very nice and professional
G and Ryan T were so nice and professional... They let me know what was going on throughout the whole process... and at the end explained what I needed to do to protect my shower... West Shore is a great company and would recommend them to anyone.

They were on-time and delivered as promised and went the extra mile to ensure the project was completed to my satisfaction. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to hire again. My new windows are beautiful and the custom trim looks great inside and out!!
The installers were great and willing to answer our questions and concerns. However when reaching out to management and corporate for concerns it wasn't a good experience. They said to called again if you have concerns or before you do anything . I called and the experience was worse than the time before or the other times I talked to them before.
The installers arrived on time & exemplified excellent customer service! G & Ryan T we� re very professional & respectful young men. They did a great job ! I would definitely hire them again!
Megan did a great job explaining the product and was very knowledgeable. Jonathon and Adrian were prompt, courteous, professional and did a fantastic job. I would recommend West Shore to anyone looking for a good product at a great price.
The crew that came to replace our front door was awesome. Billy, Mike, Ivan, and Vee were professional, competent, and efficient . Billy spent time talking with me and was friendly, down to earth, and a great team leader. I recommend this group to replace any door. They made sure everything fit properly and paid great attention to detail. Everything was clean when they left. I could not be more pleased with their work.
