Very smooth experience. The crew was very skilled, attentive to details, and making sure the installation was done right. They were on-time and delivered as promised and went the extra mile to ensure the project was completed to my satisfaction. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to hire again. My new windows are beautiful and the custom trim looks great inside and out!!
The installers were great and willing to answer our questions and concerns. However when reaching out to management and corporate for concerns it wasn't a good experience. They said to called again if you have concerns or before you do anything . I called and the experience was worse than the time before or the other times I talked to them before.
The installers arrived on time & exemplified excellent customer service! G & Ryan T we� re very professional & respectful young men. They did a great job ! I would definitely hire them again!
Megan did a great job explaining the product and was very knowledgeable. Jonathon and Adrian were prompt, courteous, professional and did a fantastic job. I would recommend West Shore to anyone looking for a good product at a great price.
The crew that came to replace our front door was awesome. Billy, Mike, Ivan, and Vee were professional, competent, and efficient . Billy spent time talking with me and was friendly, down to earth, and a great team leader. I recommend this group to replace any door. They made sure everything fit properly and paid great attention to detail. Everything was clean when they left. I could not be more pleased with their work.

We met with four other window companies before deciding to go with Westshore. Their product is comparable if not better than the other high end window companies, their timing from quote to installation was a fraction of their competitors and bonus - the price was better too!
If you were considering a bathroom remodel, choose West Shore Home! Zach and Ben were phenomenal with the installation. They were super courteous and very clean. Luke was not pushy, listened to our needs, and got us a great price.
Brandon and Ivan were amazing! I had my shower tub converted into a walk-in shower. The guys showed up at 8:30am and by 6:30pm. I had a whole new bathroom. It looks fantastic! As Brandon and Ivan tore out the old tub, they found some pretty serious issues under the floor and behind the walls. They fixed the problems and continued doing their magic.
