ZERO stars.. Do NOT let these people STEAL from you. They must be paying to have their negative reviews removed. None of what they promised was delivered. As soon as we made our last payment towards $3000 charges, they have not responded to a single email or phone call. None of my penalties or fees were waved, which they said they had them removed. Then come to find out, they didn't even set up a payment plan like they said they did. So basically they stole $3000 from us.

ame to them for help, as a single mother I needed some big help with the IRS and when I called they made me believe I was in good hands they told me I needed to file all my taxes and be up to date than they could fight for me, I paid them 1500 they filed my taxes and put me in an agreement with the irs for 5 years that I had to file and pay my taxes the next 5 years I told them I don’t want to get in that agreement because it’s going to come back owing a lot and I won’t be able to afford it and I’ll be in the same spot of le... read more

I came to Five Star Resolutions to help me with my tax debt. I was told they would help me with my tax problem and wanted $2500.00 from me to do so. They sent one Offer of Compromise to the IRS that I thought was too low and was declined by the IRS. Five Star Tax Resolutions said they would work with me if the offer was rejected but I have heard nothing after 4 e-mails and 10 phone calls. $ 2500.00 is a steep fee for very little done and being ignored!
