We are at the beginning stages of my tax relief, but thus far everything has been great. ***** ****** was assigned as my initial handler and helped guide me through the initial steps. We spent nearly 2-3 total hours going through my issues and calling the *** for initial details. They have been communicative and thorough throughout these initial steps.
