Really nice knowledge people get answers quickly if they see they cant help they wouldnt lead your on answer all your questions and also answer the phone when you call they are really 5star

We are at the beginning stages of my tax relief, but thus far everything has been great. ***** ****** was assigned as my initial handler and helped guide me through the initial steps. We spent nearly 2-3 total hours going through my issues and calling the *** for initial details. They have been communicative and thorough throughout these initial steps. There was a point sometimes where it felt like I had nowhere to go. Felt like I wouldn't know how to table my next meal at this Stage in my Life because of the Fear of Tax Issues caused High Blood Pressure.
