So I had no idea where to begin when it came to filing taxes for 2024. Luckily, I reached out to Five Star Tax Resolution and was able to schedule a free consultation with Natalie right away. There was a point sometimes where it felt like I had nowhere to go. Felt like I wouldn't know how to table my next meal at this Stage in my Life because of the Fear of Tax Issues caused High Blood Pressure. I’m still in the middle of my case with Five Star, but I wanted to comment on the process so far because the experience has been excellent. I initially signed on for help with confirming and straightening out several years of back taxes. My current case manager, Tim, has been incredibly responsive, organized, and proactive — he checks in frequently (dare I say relentlessly), keeps me on task with document requests, and makes sure every step moves forward quickly. ZERO stars.. Do NOT let these people STEAL from you. They must be paying to have their negative reviews removed. None of what they promised was delivered. As soon as we made our last payment towards $3000 charges, they have not responded to a single email or phone call. None of my penalties or fees were waved, which they said they had them removed. Then come to find out, they didn't even set up a payment plan like they said they did. So basically they stole $3000 from us.

I came to Five Star Resolutions to help me with my tax debt. I was told they would help me with my tax problem and wanted $2500.00 from me to do so. They sent one Offer of Compromise to the IRS that I thought was too low and was declined by the IRS. Five Star Tax Resolutions said they would work with me if the offer was rejected but I have heard nothing after 4 e-mails and 10 phone calls. $ 2500.00 is a steep fee for very little done and being ignored!
