My experience so far with Five Star Tax Resolution has been great. The service provided by ***** *** was exceptional. He was friendly, patient and explained everything very clearly. He "held my hand" through the whole initial call. Although tax resolution is never a pleasant topic, I am extremely glad i chose Five Star.

I was impressed with how quickly they connected with the *** after personally trying and getting frustrating results. Also, how the *** agent seemed to respond in a more cooperative way with the 5 Star representative.
Despite repeated attempts to make contact with the ***, we were unable to do so. Five Star reviewed our case and contacted the *** on our behalf. The letters and collections activities were immediately stopped and we have since been working towards a solution. Our account is now in the process of being resolved. Five Star has taken the stress out of dealing with the *** for which we are very grateful.
