Would not recommend the Seller. I have tried to get a resolution since September. The wrong item was received. I’ve sent pictures of what was sent and the shipping label as requested. Three months later and still no satisfaction. I am our $240 and still no satisfaction. I wouldn’t even give a one star but that was the lowest rating. Very bad customer service.
It was scratched all over and dirty it wasn’t in a good condition
I was never informed during my refund request that there was a Restocking fee--All my years buying from Amazon & I have bought other electronics with no issues. I got a $7.14 Refund on a $90 purchase & they will re sell item again.
The iPads were old and outdated and not what I ordered one I couldn’t even create an Apple ID because too many had been created and the other one was locked !! I’d send messages and they are completely unresponsive and will not answer any of my messages ! Please save yourself the hassle and don’t buy from thrm
Item would never turn on. Then they had me pay for shipping to send it back to them.. Do not recommend..Stay away.
