The battery was not new. Only 70% capacity. The picture on Amazon did not show any damage to the case yet it was discolored.

Why is Amazon allowing this company to advertise and sell on their platform and not send out customers orders?
I expected the phone on 12/24 as a Christmas gift. Showed "out for delivery" in the afternoon. At night, I checked again; it has never been received at FedEx in CA. Then due to arrive on 12/30. On 12/30 it shows that FedEx has not received the package yet in CA (I am in NH). The seller claims they've handed it off. Clearly the seller is scamming us; no idea why Amazon is running cover for them.
Paid $19.99 for expedited shipping. I did not get it the day I was promised. When contacting the seller about it he told me basically it was not their problem or fault and isn’t refunding me the expedited shipping I paid for though I did not receive it. Also phone does not currently charge out of box as it is telling me water is in the port and the iPhone will not charge
Was told it would arrive before Christmas, then the 30th. To much difference, couldn’t wait longer. Needed on the original date that was offered to me.
I did not receive my package and of course can not get a refund until I return the package I never received.
The phone did not work and was promptly returned in mid October. Here it is December 30th and they have not issued me a refund. I have had continuous contact with them and I keep getting the same replies.. We apologize, our financial team is looking into it... over and over and over. Finally had to file an A-Z claim so that I could get my money back on the phone. Do NOT trust!
