This was sold as an "excellent condition" renewed item. This was the WORST refurbished device I have ever received. Screen and lenses deeply scratched. Casing pitted and scraped exposing the metal. It looked like someone traded it in and they threw it directly in a box and shipped it off. I will never use this seller again.

I ordered the iPhone 14 and they sent me an Apple Watch. I already let them know and have returned the watch but they have not refunded me or contacted me!
Was supposed to get it before christmas haven't received it yet child is upset plus item is now $30 cheaper
I paid $93 for a refurbished iPad so my daughter could watch Netflix and play games. After setting it up I quickly learned it was too old to download any apps she wanted. I wiped it clean and followed the instructions thoroughly. Yet I was refunded only half of what I paid for “return fees” $46 to return it? Seriously? Had I have known this BS I’d have kept the iPad. Thoroughly disappointed.
Not delivered by Dec 24th or by Dec 30. Will return if comes at all! Off to by new phone from dealer!
I ordered the midnight green and was sent grey. This was a complete let down!!! The seller could have messaged to let me know he didn’t have the green and I would’ve cancelled my order and ordered somewhere else.
