Seller added “signature required” without letting me know that it would be added or required. Shipping company would not leave package which missed my deadline prior to Christmas. I do not recommend this seller without clear prearranged shipping instructions that are agreed upon prior to purchase.
Item did not arrive on the date is should have...receiving the item on Dec 30th is way to late.
I ordered this phone as a Christmas gift because it stated it would arrive before Christmas. I received the notification today, December 24th, that it will not arrive on time. Since it will not arrive for Christmas, it is useless to me. I am requesting a full refund, as I now must purchase a phone in person today to have a gift for my daughter.
