Cancel and give me my $ back so I can order a phone that will actually arrive when it says it will not a week later. This is horrible seeing as I need a phone.

Still haven’t received my package, tracking Info not updating either
I didn’t receive the phone on time, so I canceled the order. The company also had different tracking time as that depicted from UPS. It was quite sketchy.

I ordered a space gray 44mm Apple watch and instead received a rose gold smaller watch later than the original delivery date. Now my Christmas gift is wrong with no time to replace it and my money is stuck in limbo until the return is initiated. Poor service for sure especially with the holidays.
Product was totally different
Phone was packaged / shipped poorly by seller it arrived with little to no protection in a Fed Ex bubble envelope. I have proof / pictures Front screen arrived damaged . After reading reviews on sellers page I’m realizing I got scammed. So many members have received defective products this past December 2025 smh . Bummed because this was my son’s Christmas gift and now I have nothing .
