No product to return (because it never arrived) but the money was payed. What should I do to get my money back?
This is the worst experience I've had with a vendor in Amazon. They sent me the wrong item and they didn't take responsibility for it. Even after several attempts of explaining, sending pictures and everything they requested, they still don't acknowledge their mistake. Awful customer service!

iPad was not in “good/excellent” condition. Software not up to date. Would not update automatically, requiring trips to Apple Store. Substitute charging cord included making it impossible to update via computer. Had to purchase correct charging cord.($20) Screen scratched. Frame cracked. iPad/IPhone didn’t sync for data transfer. Hours of time lost. Seller offered 5% refund. Seriously?
Item was a Christmas gift. Was supposed to arrive 12/20, never came. Contacted the seller multiple times and they claim it’s delayed but fed ex has never received the item from the seller. Stay far away from this company! Amazon was no help either they kept telling me to wait two days. I’d wait two days call back they’d say wait two more days! So much for this Christmas gift!
The watch you sent me came scratched and it literally doesnt work. Im genuinely disappointed, u guys have lots of good reviews so im wondering why my item came damaged.
Didn't recieve my order. Tracking number shows it's never even left the warehouse. Seller won't respond & Amazon won't help anywhere near in time to get a new one for my daughter for Christmas. Absolutely disgusted with the "customer service".
The phone is really * up the vibrations sound like a metal is broke inside is said is in good condition bc I no buy the acceptable one I buy the one said good and is all over scratches sound horrible and I try to get a refund and is not let me I paid for a good phone I no paid for acceptable one
