I ordered this phone, and paid 40 extra dollars, for it to arrive in one day shipping. it is now not only not here, but not estimated to be here for another 4 days. DO NOT BUY from this company. they're clearly inept and scammy.
I received this phone as a gift from my mom, who previously owned and liked the same model, so we bought it through Amazon Renewed. Soon the battery wouldn’t fully charge and randomly stopped charging. We returned it, but the refund could only go to the original card, which had bank issues. The A-to-Z process was frustrating. I wouldn’t buy Renewed again

This item was sold as Renewed – Excellent, however it has a noticeable scratch on the back that is visible during normal use. This does not align with the advertised condition.

Seller is dishonest and lying when reported the device was poor quality , my child opened this device for Christmas and it had a flawed screen and a useless charger. I reported it immediately and requested return. The seller said I would be refunded fully! I was not refunded fully they stole $119 from me and they are lying to steal money from people for poor quality devices. SCAMMERS
