I did not receive this order entirely I don't know where it is after paying for it
Delivery not recieved as promised.
The item is in TN and was suppose to be delivered you failed in your responsibility ! ! Now states delivery tomorrow why late I paid for it
Seller is slow to respond. The carrier they are using who is fed ex had the nerve to leave my package in the mail room where it was stolen, haven’t gotten refund or response yet.
The phone I received was in horrible condition. Warped and scratched beyond belief. It wasn’t “renewed” at all. Thankfully I got my money back for that trash. I opened it up and couldn’t believe my eyes. Definitely wouldn’t buy for them ever again.
SCAMMERS! This will probably be removed claiming that issues were with shipper and not provider. THIS IS A LIE. wireless source creates shipping labels, do not deliver package to the shipper, the claim the shipper is causing delays even though the shipper (FedEx in my case) still hasn’t even received a package to ship.
Damage item refund
Item was damaged and didn't work. Seller is hassling me over the refund when they're the ones selling broken merchandise as "excellent" condition. It's been months of dealing with this now. All I wanted was a WORKING cell phone.
Still waiting for my iPhone to ship after a week.....I paid for expedited shipping, but they still haven't given it to fedex
