Phone came with a defective battery and seller shows no interest in trying to resolve the issue or help in any way.
Bad phone didn’t hold charge back the camera stains I returned the phone and I did get refund and they hold my phone no money no phone
I purchased two devices from this seller and both batteries needed service because the battery life was severely degraded on both. I repaired one phone myself and sent back the other device, and now they are holding my refund and the device and responding with no urgency on Amazon chat. Won’t be buying from here again.

The seller promised to ship this in two days and it turned out. He’s going to deliver it on Christmas day, which is gonna be too late to ship and give us a present. I’m trying to make sure that I get this returned and get my money back I’ve already ordered a different one from another vendor that will have it here in two days.
WARNING TO OTHER BUYERS. This seller sent the WRONG item (wrong color). The product was never used and was returned immediately. After the return, the seller provided CONTRADICTORY and false statements: • First, they claimed that no device was returned. • Then, they changed the story and claimed the device was damaged.
This iPhone 15 Pro (Amazon Renewed) appears to have a non-original screen. Colors look inaccurate, blacks are washed out, and there is a noticeable purple/gray tint compared to an original iPhone. This also makes photos and videos look worse than expected. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend purchasing unless you are willing to risk receiving a device with replaced parts.

The seller should have known this unit did not meet that standard and should not have been shipped.
