The iPhone 12 was not sent as described and it was not working properly. The battery was described as a 80% minimum, it was at 78%. Also when I was talking, i could not hear the other person unless it was on speaker.

Buyer beware. Restocking fee (regardless of functionality of product) is almost equivalent to the price of the product. Bought a used iPad and it would not hold a charge. It was almost completely non functional and would not remain charged for over a hour with minimal use. I returned the product and the restocking fee was $11 shy of the price of the iPad. So I just threw away $200 for nothing.

We notified you twice and did not receive a response. As a result, a restocking fee was applied in accordance with Amazon policy. However, if you respond and we are able to resolve the matter, we will gladly reverse the fee.
The seller claimed that the code on my returned item wasn't right, provided no proof, refused to refund, then went and strung me along for over a month saying that they would send it back. Do not buy if you would ever want to make a return. A-z return coverage does not guarantee anything either do not buy from any party other than amazon directly.

It is safe to say that this seller (WirelessSource) of the refurbished iPhone 12 isn't honest. I chose the "Refurbished Excellent" option, which was far from excellent. I have purchased refurbished products from many third parties over the years but nothing so scratched and dinged up. Furthermore, the battery health was 75%, with a message stating it should be replaced soon. Unacceptable.
I returned this item over a month ago and the seller received it more than 30 days ago, but no refund was issued. I contacted the seller multiple times and was repeatedly told it would be processed “the next day,” but nothing happened. I had to contact Amazon directly to resolve this. Very disappointing.
