This seller is a scam. They claimed that I returned the wrong device and then did not provide a refund. I am working with Amazon claims, but it has been a nightmare. Do not order from these people if you can avoid it.
The item is not the Excellent condition described and has several scratches and marks. The phone is not unlocked, it is locked to Verizon.
I'm really disappointed with this product or seller because I ordered a purple iPhone and it arrived in black, completely different from what I ordered. But since the holidays are coming up and shipping isn't quick, I decided to accept it and not let a bad seller ruin my holiday gift.
Watch was scratched used and damaged
It's December 19th, and the order hasn't left the facility in Van Nuys, CA yet. It was due to be delivered to me on December 8.
First, the one I bought was the one with the description to be in excellent conditions but this has a lot of dents and one scratch, second according to the description all the phones must have at least 80% of battery maximum capacity and this one has only 75%, this is NOT what I expected
This watch was advertised as excellent condition, meanwhile the face is all scratched up. This watch deserved an “average” rating and should have been advertised as “significant signs of use, adequate used condition”. I’m concerned that the watch and battery may not even work. I’m disappointed with this purchase and feel that you did not accurately describe your product.
Restocking fee which took 100% of my $ which is wrong since i did remove icloud lock and everything on it makes no sense
Seller is holding my refund hostage. Product was returned 2 weeks ago and I still HAVE NOT received my money. Product was unopened. I returned it because Verizon gave me another phone option so I didn’t need this one after all.
