unethical Seller in my opinion for selling Defective products then not giving us the full refund only 50% of the total bill. Shame on this Seller and I demand Amazon to open an investigation in his business ethics.

Very disappointed! Despite being charged I never received the item.
Seller missed FedEx pickup time on a Friday, so rather than receiving it on 3/28, it still isn’t even in transit on 3/30. New estimated delivery date is 4/1, but I will be out of town. Hopefully, someone else in my house will be around to sign for it.

The device was listed as “Excellent condition” but it appears the display may have been replaced or is not original. This does not match the listing. And also The battery health is already at 86%, which is not acceptable for an “Excellent condition The phone’s body has scratches!!

The phone came in defective. I submitted for a return and was given shipping label and told my replacement would be shipped once they got confirmation of my drop of. I dropped it off at the ups store, was sent the confirmation from Amazon that the device was dropped off then my replacement was canceled 2 hrs later and have not heard anything since. No refund, no replacement device.

Phone ordered February 28. It got lost on March 4th but the seller claimed it would arrive March 10. I waited until March 10 to ask for a refund. The seller said I need to wait 14 business days. I waited. Now all I get from the seller is they are still investigating. The seller will not give me any idea when I can expect a refund or phone that I now urgently need. Will be calling Amazon and BBB.
