Phone was delivered with a 79% maximum battery capacity, along with a dent in the metal enclosure. Returned the phone in the exact condition it was delivered and the seller is refusing to do a full refund.

Seller didn't send the s-pen with that, when I ask the seller they send me cheap $2 rubber pin after a month, disappointed with their service and communication, now I end up buying my own s pen.
The device was listed as excellent condition. The frame is literally cracked on the side there are massive indents on the back this is all visible from more than 12 inches away. the battery barely last 3 hours just browsing the web.

When will I be refunded
UPS tracking: "Delivered at Locker" (1Z17B1X80326726048), but my building has NO lockers. No code, notice, or photo received. UPS confirmed: no delivery photo exists. Seller demanded irrelevant door photo, ignored facts, stalled on claim/refund. Poor service, unhelpful responses. Amazon A-to-z needed. Do NOT buy from this seller!
I was expecting my I-phone on March 18th it was not delivered so I checked my Amazon account and they canceled my order with no explanation given so I reordered the same phone and now waiting till March26th for delivery
