Beware! Phone arrived with battery health below the guaranteed amount and they will not replace the battery or guarantee a replacement would not have the same problem. Offered 5% refund and when pushed, 10%, which will barely cover 20% of the cost of a battery. Not good customer service. It is not a good option to uninstall, send it back, buy another, and hope you don't have the same issue again.

I ordered my phone on 3/19 with a scheduled delivery of 3/21. It never arrived and UPS says they never received it. Then it was supposed to arrive by 3/26. I still haven't received it. The company is trying to blame UPS, but they show it hasn't been received and other reviews show the same thing. All I want is a refund so I can replace my phone. And now I'm being ignored.
Unknown if items are coming. Want to cancel the order but could not. Cancel the item.
