I have seldom seen such efficient and cooperative teamwork. A large crew showed up on time and went straight to work. They installed 25 new windows in one day. They were very organized and well-managed. When unexpected things popped up, they resolved them quickly and without drama. The crew was polite and pleasant to have in and around the house. And the quality of their work was excellent. Adam B and the Triad Team did a fantastic job. Oh....and we LOVE our new windows!
Tammy the consult professional who comes and does the planning was very pleasure and very knowledgeable about company and well as the products. The professional who comes and does the install was very professional, knowledgeable, cleans up and protective of the customers stuff, approachable, and fast/proficient. The price is steep, but worth it.

We used West Shore Home to re-do a shower in our guest bathroom. Overall, we had a great experience from sales through to installation. The in-home consultation appointment was scheduled at our convenience, and not overly long. We were able to skip the sales pitch because we knew we were going with West Shore Home when we made the appointment. Within an hour, we had our color and shelf count and paid our deposit. We had our shower completely redone. It looked great but one of the bars came in the incorrect color. Joey Kun came out and changed the bar. While he was here, we mentioned that the hot water didn't seem to have much power. He took apart the shower fixture and fixed the hot water valve. He also removed some silicon fingerprints from the doors that had been left during installation that we could not remove with glass cleaner. initial install was not up to my expectations, but Joey Kun came out and addressed my concerns and when he left I was very satisfied. He was very pleasant and took his time to make sure I was satisfied with the job. He should be the first point of contact before they allow the others to work on the job.

Kevin and Johan arrived as scheduled, prepared to begin the work at hand. They were very professional, wearing their shirts that represented the company. They worked diligently in removing the old bathtub and shower. Afterwards replacing it with a new tub and shower. The work was done in 1 day (as expected) with no major problems. The team was SUPER! I was pleased and would love to have the same crew to do more work for me in the future (if needed).
