Brandon and Jeff did an outstanding job with the installation. Very personable and accommodating.
Steve May came to repair and finish the project. He was organized, prepared, professional and successful in helping move the project toward completion. I cannot recommend him and his work highly enough.
Overall project was well done and thorough despite some design changes due to plumbing. Steve M. came by to fix a couple of minor problems post shower and tub installation and he did an excellent job. He was efficient and knowledgeable.
There were a few items that needed to be fixed after our shower install. Joey Kun fixed the shower doors (Rate him a 5) and the job looks beautiful.

Great product and customer service
After seeing many TV Commercials on TV for West Shore Home, I decided to give them a shot at dismantling & replacing my 36 year old heavy tile bathroom shower stall. Design Consultant Mark Gerlach arrived for the first appointment. He went through many options and at no time did we feel pressured to sign anything. Next, Installation Manager Neil Wenz arrived a few days later to double check the measurements. Then we waited for the proper materials to be procured.
