Totally professional from our salesman, Mitchell. To our installers, Roger Belanger & Jeremy Williams. They were very polite and patient with my mother in law, ( which is a lot) lol. My neighbor recommended this company and now I will recommend them to anyone who is considering a walk in shower.
The installers didn't re-attach the sensor of my home security system to the new door. They told me I needed to do it myself with double-sided tape. At the time, I didn't think nothing of it, but after some thought, I realized if I am paying almost $8000.00 for this new door, then they should do the entire job themselves fully and completely without burdening me with this detail. Garrett and Jeremy did a great job on installing two bathrooms in one day and cleaning up. Efficient, professional and courteous.
Great service, very good job, clean up mess,answer any guest for you. They know their job and get what you want done. They was on time for the job.

Joey Kun is an excellent service technician. Very profession, prompt, efficient, and gave lots of helpful information.
We had mold growing in our West Shore shower and tub installations. Joey Kun came right on time, and was very personable and professional. He scraped out all the mold, sprayed with alcohol to prevent future growth, and re-grouted. This was still covered under our West Shore warranty. Joey was great! I highly recommend him!
