Ron B and Jesse T were very professional and knowledgable. my experience was wonderful
They put showers in both bathrooms and they were great, Job was complete in a day and both baths look great, Very professional and they cleaned up ever corner.
Everyone from sales to the finish install was very professional and answered all my questions. I was recommended to company from a family meme we who was very pleased with their work. It was a great experience . My installer were Willie/Kordale they did an excellent job. My order did have a small mix But the company compensated me for the mix up. I am very pleased with the outcome. ** and they were very clean!!

Had a few delays due to getting materials for completing the job; however, when Marquel C. stepped in to complete the job the end results were worth waiting for! Really pleased with workmanship.
Phillip Elliott and Derrick Elliott came to the house about 8:00 a.m. They introduced themselves and Phillip and I went over the order for the new walk-in shower to make sure they had everything and it was correct. They began to work right away, covered my floors coming in and began to remove the old tub. They were very professional and it went very well. Technicians Brian and Christian did a bathroom tub/shower install at my home today. Both young men were professional, courteous and respectful. They explained what they were doing and updated me on their progress throughout the day. Per my request, they wore masks all day while in my home and cleaned the jobsite before they left. I am quite satisfied with the end result of the job and their exemplary work ethic. Thanks.
I was impressed with the work performance of P. Elliott and D Elliott they were Very professional and kept me up to date with what was being done. They showed up on time and we're done by 4:00PM. The whole experience with West Shore was just as advertised from my first contact to the end.
We were super excited to have them move up our dates of installation. So when Ron and Jr. showed up it was a great experience! They worked all day for 12 solid hours and after a lot of construction they turned my tub into a beautiful shower! The professionalism they both showed speaks volumes for West Shore Home. I hope they are acknowledged for their great customer service!!!
