I was very impressed with the work that Aaron and Derrick performed. They were both very friendly and curteous. They did a magnificent job getting rid of our old bathtub and replacing it with a beautiful shower. Excellent work and it really didn't take a lot of time. We had a very good experience. The first day the job was started by one installer (Aron) who was very polite and respectful. He did not mind answering our questions. He made us feel very comfortable. The second day Aron came with another installer (Eli) who also displayed the same respect and good manners Aron did. They both work together diligently and in harmony. The installer arrived at our home at 8:45am and did not leave until 7Pm(Kevin Alicea). He was professional and courteous. It amazed me that the job was done in a day with only him as the installer. Drop cloths were dropped from garage door entrance to bathroom to protect my property. He left with no questions unanswered. I felt extremely comfortable with his presence in our home. TJ & Trevis arrived early on a Thu morning & worked hard throughout the day. Very professional & friendly. I am a day sleeper & I barely heard them while I slept. Left everything clean once they were finished. Would totally recommend them to anyone.

From first contact with the sales planner to instillation they were courteous and knowledgeable. The sales rep. presented a complete overview of what we could expect and what the finished project would look like . When installation crew arrived they were very professional and efficient at the removal of the old tub/shower and the install of our new walk in shower. I would recommend West Shore Home to any one thinking of installing a walk in bath.

Jesse Sutton came to the house and presented the project. He was thourogh and covered everything I needed to know. Kevin Alicia arrived less than a month later and installed the shower in a day. He did an excellent job, cleaned up the area , and was polite. I am happy with my new shower and would recommend this company to anyone needing a shower install.
