We were super excited to have them move up our dates of installation. So when Ron and Jr. showed up it was a great experience! They worked all day for 12 solid hours and after a lot of construction they turned my tub into a beautiful shower! The professionalism they both showed speaks volumes for West Shore Home. I hope they are acknowledged for their great customer service!!!
I was rescheduled several times and had to wait on parts but Willie and Matt did a very professional job on the installation.
Our overall experiece was Fantastic. From our sale representative, Heather, to our installers, Branden Pheasant and Roy Alston. I cannot say enough good things about our instalers. Brandon and Roy. They treated our home like it was their home. They were respectful, cleaned up as they went, were professional, but most of inportantly they were kind. We are more that pleased with our shower and if the decision were to be made again we would choose West Shore. Thanks!!!
Willie and Matt did a very professional Job on the installation. I am very please with the work and fine detail that was preformed at my home. My walk-in shower has made our bath look very classy! All in one day! Thanks!

Pleasant courteous knowledgeable. Zachary and Cam did a great job just what I wanted and Zachary and answered my questions with a smile.
Installers did a great job. Salesperson was not 100% honest in the sales pitch. But overall we were pleased with the experience.
D. Elliott did an outstanding job. Arrived on time and clean up inside and outside upon completion of job. He was professional as well as respectful. He has a great work ethic, quick and efficient. The competed work looks great. If required to use this company again, I hope all employees have his work standards.
