They were missing one piece that wasn� t loaded but I� m in a similar business and completely understand. The way the young men handled the situation is the same way I� d want my employees to handle a similar situation.
The sales lady was very nice and helpful with suggestions and arranging finance of new shower. I admit I had a sticker shock when was told the price. Having Parkinsons makes carpentry and plumbing very difficult, or I would have tackled it myself.
